7.1 For any information regarding the delivery, the Customer may call or send an email to the Customer Service.
7.2 Subject to the exceptions set out in the following paragraphs, the products shall be delivered exclusively to the address indicated by the Customer within the following territories: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.
7.3 It is not possible to indicate a shipping address (or request the shipment) outside the territory.
7.4 In any case, the Customer has the right to request that the delivery of the products referred to in the order be made to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is located within the Territory. It is understood that no delivery can be made to post office boxes or addresses of shippers or postal mail.
7.5 The delivery of the products is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the relative order. The Seller carries out the order of the products no later than 10 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract, upon receipt of the purchase price, unless the Seller communicates, within the same term, the non-acceptance of the order pursuant to previous article 4.4. For customized products the delivery time may vary. For products whose shipment requires special customs documentation (Cities), delivery of the same will take place within 45 days of acceptance of the relevant order.
7.6 Respect on deliveries required in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country: the customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
7.7 The costs related to the delivery methods referred to in Article 7 are included in the sale price. All shipping costs, including additional costs where chargeable to the Customer, are specifically indicated in the order form at the time of purchase on the site. Only the additional expenses are not refundable even in case of withdrawal of the Customer or replacement of the product.
7.8 The Customer may contact the Customer Service to agree on a different delivery date.
